- Description
-
- Printed on image: "André Fashions" "designed by Pearl Alexander" "ANDRE' 570 - 7th Avenue[,] New York City[.] Feb. 10, 1941"
- This coat's pockets have pockets. You could put your hands into the larger (patch) pockets for warmth, while storing small objects like coins, keys or tickets in the smaller flapped ones. The big buttons would be easy to fasten or undo while wearing gloves, and folding up the wide collar would provide extra warmth. Note the matching "peppermint striped" hatband and scarf.
- Includes small sketch of back of garment.
